After Hours Assistance: Drs. Brouwer and Harder-Brouwer share call with other board certified family physicians in the Bitterroot Valley. The physician-on-call can be reached after hours by calling our main number (363-5104) and following the prompts.

Open Access: Our providers strive to see patients in 24 hours or less for all needs. Because of this goal, they do not set aside phone time. We respectfully request that all phone calls be routed through our staff.

Prescriptions: All refill prescriptions are processed AFTER receiving notice from your pharmacy. Please ask your pharmacist to send those requests a minimum of 48 hour prior to your need. We do not fax prescriptions to “mail order” pharmacies. You will be provided with a prescription to mail.

Payment: Payment is expected at the time of service. Our staff will bill Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurances on your behalf. A full copy of the payment and collections policy is available upon request. We also offer reduced rates to uninsured patients. Please ask at the front desk for more information.
